Requirements
- Self-responsibility for bar service
- Cocktail, wine, beverage, and coffee service
- Assistance in wine and beverage service during the evening gourmet menu
- Bar service in the evening and closing duties of the bar
- Mise-en-place work for the bar
- Assistance with various buffets such as cakes and snacks in case of bad weather
- Cleaning tasks in the bar area
Qualifications
- Warmth & joy in delighting our small & large guests
- Completed vocational training and/or relevant work experience
- Good to very good beverage knowledge
- Team spirit
- Secure communication in German & English; additional languages advantageous
