Requirements

• Assistance in cooking a station as agreed upon
• Participation in à la carte operations during lunch
• Supportive preparation work for the evening service as directed by the kitchen management
• Assistance in plating dishes during the dinner service
• Support in apprentice training / guiding apprentices in the position.
