Requirements
- Greeting our (numerous regular) guests
- Table allocation & seating arrangements
- Responsibility for buffets, as well as the service of the gourmet menu in the evening Wine, beverage, and coffee service
- Supervision of the breakfast buffet
- Mise-en-place work for the stations
- Assisting in wine, beverage, and material ordering under the guidance of the F&B Manager
- Training according to the guidelines of the Austrian apprenticeship training
