	<li>Inspection of cleaning tasks in public areas</li>
	<li>Inspection and assistance in the laundry room</li>
	<li>Inspection and assistance with ironing tasks</li>
	<li>Flower care according to standards in the house</li>
	<li>Staff allocation / scheduling in collaboration with management</li>

	<li>Completed vocational training and/or relevant work experience</li>
	<li>Leadership experience and sense of responsibility</li>

	<li>Team spirit</li>
