 Requirements <ul>
	<li>Self-responsibility for bar service</li>
	<li>Cocktail, wine, beverage, and coffee service</li>
	<li>Assistance in wine and beverage service during the evening gourmet menu</li>
	<li>Bar service in the evening and closing duties of the bar</li>
	<li>Mise-en-place work for the bar</li>
	<li>Assistance with various buffets such as cakes and snacks in case of bad weather</li>
	<li>Cleaning tasks in the bar area</li>

 Qualifications <ul>
	<li>Warmth &amp; joy in delighting our small &amp; large guests</li>
	<li>Completed vocational training and/or relevant work experience</li>
	<li>Good to very good beverage knowledge</li>
