Serving drinks, shaking cocktails, or even creating gourmet menus with wine pairings. You'll be prepared for everything. We are your springboard to reach for the stars later on.
Requirements
- Welcoming our (numerous regular) guests
- Check-In / Check-Out including cashiering and settlement processes
- Comprehensive guest care in the area of Guest Relations / recommendations in the region / ticket sales
- Coordination of guest requests within the property
- Reception administrative tasks including inventories
- Reservation processes & bookings
- Training according to the guidelines of the Austrian apprenticeship training
Qualifications
- Warmth & joy in delighting our young and adult guests
- Basic computer skills
- Team spirit
- Positive demeanor & good manners Sense of responsibility
- Effective communication in German & English; additional languages are advantageous
