Requirements
- Cooking a station as per agreement
- Assisting with à la carte service at lunchtime
- Preparation work for the evening service according to the kitchen management's instructions
- Assisting in plating dishes during dinner service
- Supporting apprenticeship training / guiding apprentices on the station
