Tasks

• Implements superior policies, defines and / or adopts function specific guidelines and procedures, and coordinates and accomplishes defined performanceandreporting processes for (an) assigned organization(s).
• Develops performance and / or reporting standards and / or reorganizations, and policies and guides implementation and / or administration of HR policies, guidelines, programs and standards, in organization unit(s) assigned.
• Ensures an effective IT infrastructure to implement HR processes in the business cycle; initiates respective IT projects needed in cooperation with IT management.
• Liaises with external parties in contractual matters, related to HR services, within given authority levels.
• Ensures administration, usage, maintenance and improvement of the HR system infrastructure.
• Support and / or implementation of superior (data) quality management guideline.
• Cooperates with workers councils.
• Support external benchmarks of company performance and measures HR performance for assigned unit.
• Contributes on personnel resource allocation and is responsible for the management of related budget planning and reporting.
• Manages and coordinates the assigned organization(s), leads all related professionals and operations employees.

Qualifications

• Higher education: Bachelor/Master
• or comparable qualification
• Further education/additional qualification: Project Management
• Specific IT skills: very good knowledge of SAP, SuccessFactors or similar
• Language skills: English B1
• Job-related experience: good overview of market standards and current trends in HR processes and systems
• Other necessary experience: Project Management
