- Handling hotel bill payments
- Issuing tickets
- Comprehensive guest care in the area of guest relations / providing recommendations in the region
- Data management
- Administrative tasks at the reception
- Coordination of guest requests within the establishment
- Assistance with booking treatments at the spa
Qualifications
- Warmth & joy in delighting our young and adult guests
- Completed education (school or vocational)
- Some work experience is advantageous
- Team spirit
- Good computer skills & experience with reservation systems desirable
- Fluent communication in German & English; additional languages advantageous
