You will shape the entire growth architecture: data-driven, cross-channel and built for scale. Your mission is to drive sustainable growth, elevate CRM performance and build a modern MarTech ecosystem ready for AI.
Your responsibilities:
- MarTech & Growth
- Develop and steer the end-to-end growth strategy across the full funnel.
- Build automated, data-driven marketing processes to improve efficiency (ROI, CAC, LTV).
- Lead tracking and measurement setups (Tag Manager, server-side tracking) and ensure high data quality.
- Select, implement and integrate key tools (CRM, CDP, BI, marketing automation, attribution).
- Work closely with product, tech and data teams to align marketing with company-wide strategy.
- CRM
- Advance CRM and marketing automation to boost engagement, retention and customer lifetime value.
- Manage external partners, software vendors and CRM service providers.
- Leadership
- Lead the CRM team and guide cross-functional roles in data and product.
- Mentor the entire marketing organisation in data-driven decision-making.
Your profile:
- 5–7 years of experience in MarTech, Growth Operations or Marketing Technology Product Management.
- Proven success implementing complex MarTech stacks and data strategies.
- Strong leadership experience and confidence working with senior stakeholders.
- Deep expertise in tracking technologies (GTM, server-side), analytics (GA4) and CRM/automation tools.
- Understanding of AI applications in marketing and SEO.
- Solid project management skills (Scrum/Kanban), technical affinity and hands-on mentality.
- Fluent in German and English.
