You will shape the entire growth architecture: data-driven, cross-channel and built for scale. Your mission is to drive sustainable growth, elevate CRM performance and build a modern MarTech ecosystem ready for AI.

Your responsibilities:

  • MarTech & Growth
    • Develop and steer the end-to-end growth strategy across the full funnel.
    • Build automated, data-driven marketing processes to improve efficiency (ROI, CAC, LTV).
    • Lead tracking and measurement setups (Tag Manager, server-side tracking) and ensure high data quality.
    • Select, implement and integrate key tools (CRM, CDP, BI, marketing automation, attribution).
    • Work closely with product, tech and data teams to align marketing with company-wide strategy.
  • CRM
    • Advance CRM and marketing automation to boost engagement, retention and customer lifetime value.
    • Manage external partners, software vendors and CRM service providers.
  • Leadership
    • Lead the CRM team and guide cross-functional roles in data and product.
    • Mentor the entire marketing organisation in data-driven decision-making.

Your profile:

  • 5–7 years of experience in MarTech, Growth Operations or Marketing Technology Product Management.
  • Proven success implementing complex MarTech stacks and data strategies.
  • Strong leadership experience and confidence working with senior stakeholders.
  • Deep expertise in tracking technologies (GTM, server-side), analytics (GA4) and CRM/automation tools.
  • Understanding of AI applications in marketing and SEO.
  • Solid project management skills (Scrum/Kanban), technical affinity and hands-on mentality.
  • Fluent in German and English.

  • The minimum annual gross salary for this role is EUR 100,000, with the possibility of overpayment depending on experience and qualifications.
