Requirements
- Assistance in cooking a station as agreed upon
- Participation in à la carte operations during lunch
- Supportive preparation work for the evening service as directed by the kitchen management
- Assistance in plating dishes during the dinner service
- Support in apprentice training / guiding apprentices in the position.
